After interviewing several other married/dating athletic couples, here are 3 common themes that stuck out:
In short, while it is not always easy and may require a little extra communication, when done right I think turning that sweaty "me" time into "we" time can have very real, motivating and positive effects on a relationship. So this Valentine's Day I encourage you to sweat more than just in the bedroom ;)
